Work Description: Office Manager

To manage the office and finances of JPF, assist in logistical requirements of staff members, create filling system.

Responsibilities
- To manage the office: mail (electronic and post), preparing and distributing documents, facilitating inquiries, purchase office supplies, pay bills
- To manage finances: bookkeeping, transfers, reporting
- To provide logistical support to staff: booking tickets and accommodation, printing of JPF documents
- To create filing system: filing cases and complaints (electronic and hard copies), filing JPF documents, enter cases in database
- To assist in JPF activities: take minutes of meetings, assist other staff in organization of activities

Experience and Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience managing office and finanaces
- Relevant bachelor degree
- Experience with electronic accounting systems
- Thai national with intermediate knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Experience in NGO and civil society sector
- Ability to work independently as well as with team members
- Willingness to travel throughout Thailand desirable

Working Conditions
- Office hours: Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm, occasional weekends with days in lieu
- 15 paid vacation
- Salary 10,000-15,000 depending upon experience
- 3 months probation period
- Salary review and performance appraisal every 6 months
